DESCRIPTION:This year’s Men’s ACTS retreat is now full!\nWelcome to the 2026 Sacred Heart English Men’s ACTS Retreat\nWelcome! We are excited that you are considering joining us for this year’s retreat. An ACTS retreat is a Catholic lay retreat presented by fellow parishioners. Talks and activities during the retreat focus on Adoration\, Community\, Theology\, and Service\, which is where the A.C.T.S. acronym is derived. This is a casual retreat\, so bring comfortable clothing and footwear. Also pack clothes for Mass when we return to the parish Sunday morning. \nWhy Attend?\nThe retreat is designed to facilitate a new or deeper relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord. Could you be a more Christ-like husband\, father\, friend\, etc.? The retreat offers a an opportunity to explore life’s deeper meanings and the eternal repercussions of what you do or don’t do in this life. As Proverbs 27:17 says\, “Iron sharpens iron\, and one man sharpens another.” \nRetreat Details\nDates: August 13–16\, 2026. \nStart Time: Please arrive at the Sacred Heart Parish Life Center (704 Old Montgomery Rd\, Conroe\, TX 77301) by 5:00 PM on Thursday\, August 13th for departure. \nConclusion: The retreat concludes at the 10:00 AM Sunday Mass celebrated with the parish community\, followed by lunch. Family members are encouraged to attend the Mass and lunch. \nWhat to Pack: This is a casual retreat\, so bring comfortable clothing and footwear.
