On behalf of the Parish Community of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, we would like to extend our deepest sympathy at the loss of your loved one.

 

Please know that we are here to help you and support you during this difficult time. One of our Bereavement Ministers will assist you in the planning of the Funeral Mass, and suggest ways for family and friends to be personally involved.

 

The remainder of this form contains Scripture Readings appropriate for the Catholic Funeral Rite. They are beautiful passages of comfort, peace, and hope.  You may also include music prefences.  

You can complete the online form in the comfort of your own home at a time most convenient for you and your family.
